Can these translations be used for US Embassies and Consulates?
Yes. However, it is always best to check with the specific branch by calling and asking them. They may have a specific form that they prefer we use.
Can I just do the translation myself?
This is something you should speak with your attorney about, but the answer is no. It needs to be done by someone who doesn't know you, or it could come under scrutiny for having bias or fraud.
Can my friend/boyfriend/father/teacher do the translation for me?
Again, this is something you should speak with your attorney about, but no, they can't. It needs to be done by someone who doesn't know you, or it could come under scrutiny for having bias or fraud.
What does beneficiary name mean?
The beneficiary is the person who is seeking the visa to come to the US. They are not the Attorney.
Can I pay you after I get the translation?
No. We will not begin work until a project's invoice is paid.
Can I speak with your Attorney about my case?
No. We are a translation company and cannot give legal advice by law.
Can you recommend an Attorney?
Yes. We have contact information for Immigration Attorneys who routinely submit petitions.
What if my petition is rejected?
A petition will not be "rejected" for a bad translation, you will recieve an RFE requesting a new translation. This has never happened in our company's history, as we take care to follow the guidelines set forth. However, if you recieve an RFE for our translation, we will of course either complete a new translation or give you a full refund.
