Federal Law - 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3)

Please submit certified translations for all foreign language documents. The translator must certify that s/he is competent to translate and that the translation is accurate.

Caselaw
US Federal Caselaw specifically forbids using "Google Translate" or other, non-human translators for documents submitted to USCIS.

US Federal Caselaw repeatedly uses the identification of the document names and the beneficiary's name in the certification document as a measure of the acceptability of a translation certification.
